Genetic physicist and neurology expert Dr. Casimir Charon worked with LifeCorps Industries, pushing science and technology to their limit in an effort to cure mankind's greatest disease: Death.

After a disastrous failed experiment with his latest invention, the Intrinsic Field Reanimator, Charon gained absolutely no special powers. Still, he thought this was a great excuse to don an outfit and become the supervillain, ABADDON.

Meteor Strikes Russia!

As I'm sure you've heard, a meteor struck Russia today. Most articles are titled "Hundreds Injured in Meteor Explosion in Russia!" I'm looking forward to the articles two weeks from now that read, "Hundreds Gain Superpowers from Meteor Explosion in Russia!"

Based on a character from Everett Downing's 365 Supers blog and half hill giant, half Russian boxer, Nikolai Valuev.

The actual footage is astounding and well worth a look! If this doesn't inspire you to draw and tell stories, I don't know what will!

Dober-Man

My friend Everett and I were joking about how Batman's ears look more like a doberman's than a bat's. Because that's the kind of sophisticated conversation we engage in. This is the alternate superhero we came up with.

Possible villains include The Botweiller, The Boxer, and Pugnacious. We're still working on a backstory, but I'm pretty sure he was part of a police canine unit when his dog died in the line of duty. Here are a few of Ev's sketches:

The Nutcracker

A contribution to Everett Downing's 365 Supers.

Bitten by a genetically-enhanced acorn, Francois Noyer took on all the abilities of a nut (most notably a tough outer-shell and causing severe irritation to those with nut allergies). He has since vowed vengeance on all nuts, seeds, and legumes. Noyer (now called The Nutcracker) won't stop until he brings justice to the mutated acorn that made him into the nut he is today.
