Sounds Crazy, Let's Do It!

My friend Emma is a compulsive filmmaker. I enable this expensive habit of hers in my own small way, by animating the title bumpers for her production company, "Sounds Crazy, Let's Do it! Films". Her latest endeavor, Sweetpea, is currently up for funding on Kickstarter. Most of the production cost goes to my exorbitant fee for these bumpers. Please contribute so SCLD FiIms can continue to have the highest quality animated titles. Thank you.

Can't wait to animate the bumper for Sweetpea. I'm thinking shark rodeo...

I'm really liking this stuff.

You wouldn't believe how hard it is to get him to do these things. Points on the back end, he demands his own trailer (he's not even on set!), and picks fights with the talent which is why Tom Cruise walked away from our last project.

But just look at those bumpers. Totally worth it.

Furf- Danke!

Steve- Thanks man! Yeah, it's catchy in an odd way. And very self-explanatory.

Awesome Austin

What did you animate these and your other recent 2D stuff in (Dick Figures Bath Rhymes... etc)?

Photoshop just using regular Laters?
Photoshop Extended Video Layers?
TV Paint?
Plastic Animation Paper?
Something completely different?

Hey Matthew, these were (quite foolishly) animated in photoshop just vis-ing and unvis-ing layers ad nauseam. In the future, I'll definitely be using tvp or Toon Boom. I guess using photoshop does kind of fit the theme of "Sounds crazy..."
