Sir Ken Robinson's "The Value of Creativity"
This guy is a genius. I recommend you take the time to listen to the entire lecture, there are some pretty tremendous ideas in there. I just ordered his book, Epiphone. We'll see if his ideas seem as intelligent without the british accent.

Dude, this guy hit SO many things I have felt and talked about having grown up in the public school system. I can't remember how many people smiled politely as I told them at age 8 I wanted to be an animator. And at age 10, or 14, or 18... It's neat to hear someone like this express this radical view and try and do something about it. Thanks for posting man!
