Tyrion: "Excellent!"

Tyrion: "The fire hasn't spooked our horses!"

Tyrion: "Now all we have to do is..."

SFX: (Wind)

Tyrion: "Seven hells, the Starks are down there waiting for us!"

Tyrion: "We may have to double back."

Joffrey: "This couldn't possibly get any worse."

Lady of the Night: "EEE!"

Patron: "AHHH!"

Tyrion: "Back to Plan A, then!"

Commoners: "Run! It's become an inferno!"

Barman: "The flames must've reached my Dornish summerwine!"

Tyrion: "So the barman DID have summerwine!"

Joffrey: "This is the worst nameday ever! When we get back to King's Landing, I'm going to have you thrown into the deepest, darkest dungeon!"

Tyrion: "IF, your grace. IF we make it back to King's Landing."

Abaddon

Genetic physicist and neurology expert Dr. Casimir Charon worked with LifeCorps Industries, pushing science and technology to their limit in an effort to cure mankind's greatest disease: Death.

After a disastrous failed experiment with his latest invention, the Intrinsic Field Reanimator, Charon gained absolutely no special powers. Still, he thought this was a great excuse to don an outfit and become the supervillain, ABADDON.

Color Keys

Here are some color keys for a personal project called CAMP GRIZZLY. This is a rough line up of the six main characters and their "Scooby Doo" color scheme. These colors won't appear in the final art, but it's good to know what the literal daylight colors would be.

Here are the tones as they'll most likely appear in the daylight illustrations. The story takes place in 1979, so I want to incorporate a nostalgic polaroid feel.

The final set are our heroes at night, where most of the store takes place.

I'm sure these colors will vary from image to image, but I can't tell you how helpful it is to finally lockdown a palette to draw from. Highly recommended for anyone in the design phase of their project. Also highly recommended: having a better sense for color than I do. Oi vey!

Meteor Strikes Russia!

As I'm sure you've heard, a meteor struck Russia today. Most articles are titled "Hundreds Injured in Meteor Explosion in Russia!" I'm looking forward to the articles two weeks from now that read, "Hundreds Gain Superpowers from Meteor Explosion in Russia!"

Based on a character from Everett Downing's 365 Supers blog and half hill giant, half Russian boxer, Nikolai Valuev.

The actual footage is astounding and well worth a look! If this doesn't inspire you to draw and tell stories, I don't know what will!

Stark Soldier: "Not so fast, Imp!"

Tyrion: "You look tired..."

Tyrion: "Here, have a seat!"

Joffrey: "Is this all a..." (hiccup) "...joke to you?!"

Tyrion: "Come now, nephew, I just saved your life!"

Joffrey: "I'm not your nephew, I'm your..." (hiccup) ...King! And you're not saving my life, you're endangering it!"

Patron: "Do you smell something burning?"

Lady of the Night: (screams)

Patron: Hey!

 Tyrion: "And this, young nephew, is where babies come from."
